Blvd. Manuel Ávila Camacho 175, Floor 5, Polanco, Polanco I Secc, Miguel Hidalgo, 11550 Mexico City, CDMX, informs you that, in accordance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (the Law), it is responsible for collecting your personal data, the use that will be given to them, and their protection. Therefore, we want to make it known that the information of our customers is treated confidentially. The mere provision of your personal data constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
The personal data that we collect from you will be processed for the following purposes necessary for the service you request: Preparation of contracts for the rental or sale of vehicles, customer identification forms, measurement and quality control, tracking, updating, confirmation, promotional, credit-related, studies on consumption habits and preferences, preparation of financial options, collection and payment procurement, and matters related to the services we provide or to this privacy policy.
To carry out the purposes described in this privacy notice, we will process the following personal data: Identification (such as names, surnames, gender, date of birth, address, CURP, landline and mobile phone, email); contact; patrimonial and/or financial. Likewise, we inform you that, to preserve the safety of people attending our facilities and using AVASA's assets, we may use closed-circuit recording, so we could collect images and sounds, which we anticipate as these could be sensitive data in certain contexts.
In accordance with Article 37, Section III of the Law, your personal data will not be transferred to third parties without your consent, except for: a) Those companies that are part of our group; and b) To meet information requirements from a competent authority, duly grounded and motivated.
You have the right to know what personal data we have about you, for what purposes we use them, and the conditions of use we give them (access). To exercise your ARCO rights, you can access the procedure we have implemented, that is, simply go to the data security area at the link https://atencionaclienteshdtf.com or via email at contacto@avasa.com.mx, drafting a document in the Spanish language, where you add your full name, a simple copy of your official identification, or, in electronic media, a digitized version of it (scan), indication of the email or physical address that you designate for notifications, and some contact phone number. Once done, within a maximum period of 20 business days, you will be informed of the origin of said request; in case a response letter is sent to the indicated physical address, the twenty days will be considered fulfilled upon delivery of the document to the postal service.
We reserve the right to make modifications or updates to this privacy notice at any time, to address legislative novelties, internal policies, or new requirements for the provision or offering of our services or products.
